Participation Disclaimer and Waiver
You have voluntarily chosen to attend the EMDR Therapy Protocols for Early Intervention & Ongoing Traumatic Stress: On-Demand Training (“Training”). This Training can teach you an Adaptive Information Processing (AIP)-informed psychophysiological algorithmic procedure specially designed for clients that present intense or overwhelming sensory input, body sensations, or emotions through the ASSYST procedures. It can also teach you the EMDR-PRECI and the EMDR-IGTP-OTS.
During the Training you will observe a stabilization procedure that is designed to stimulate the receiving person which may also stimulate observers. The stabilization procedure used in this Training hasn’t been sufficiently tested to identify all potential side effects or negative reactions that may result from its use or observation of its use. If you are at all concerned about such side effects or reactions you should consult your own physician or therapist to determine if this Training would be appropriate for you.

Photo and Video Consent
To make Dr. Jarero's EMDR Therapy Protocols for Early Intervention & Ongoing Traumatic Stress: On-Demand Training more available to therapists around the U.S. and the world, we are going to offer live Question and Answer (Q&A) time on Zoom for participants. We will be recording this Question and Answer time to make it available On Demand for those who could not participate live. It is the participants choice to enter the live Q&A. It is also the participants choice whether to have their video on or off, as well as their audio muted or not. The participant is responsible for their voice and appearance during this time, knowing that it will be recorded and shared with others.
This means that it’s possible that a participants voice, video or image may be seen in the video during the training. If participants ask a question during the training, their question and Dr. Jarero's answer may be incorporated into the online training video to help other clinicians who may have the same or similar questions.
Course Material Access
You will have access to all course materials 90 days after the last Q&A session is scheduled (for On-Demand + Live Q&A Trainings) or 90 days after purchase (for on-demand only trainings). After 90 days, you will be given the option to continue to receive access to the course materials for $40 per month, until you cancel.
Please know that when you check the box indicating that you read, understand, and accept the Participation Disclaimer and Waiver before registering for the training, you are ensuring that you understand and agree to potentially being seen in the training video. You also ensure that you agree to all of the policies in this waiver. Thank you!
